Prepare your pizza dough by combining 200g high gluten flour, 100g low gluten flour, 25g sugar, 4g salt, 4g high sugar resistant yeast, 10g corn oil, 170g water. Roll out the dough and cut the big dough into small chunks. The dough does not need to rise.
